Artist's Comments

I had this interesting idea the other day about drawing a wizened/old dragon. So, I quickly looked around for my trusty HB pencil but alas, it was no where to be found! Looking around the house, I located a very fine marker pen, and decided to use that instread. Anyways, here's the result of about 1 hour of sketching (I'm slow at doing art).

English doesn't borrow from other languages; English follows other languages down dark alleys, knocks them over, and sifts through their pockets for loose grammar.

Very origional concept, I get tired of JUST dragons all the time.

Really love the attention to all the detail. All the little wrinkles on the face and neck are really well done.

Also, very nice shading. Awesome work

sometimes ink (rather than graphite) forces you to focus harder, because every stroke is a commitment. At least, that's how it is for me.... Sometimes if I'm working with pencil, I'll keep erasing, and never get anything done.

Thanks for the comment!

Well, I dunno how I would go about adding color to this, but yeah that would be really awesome :D!
